License Grant & Usage Rights

Permitted Uses

• Transfer license between owned computers

License Restrictions

• No redistribution or resale of license
• Cannot exceed user limits
• No reverse engineering or modification
• Cannot use for competitive analysis
• No sharing of license keys or activations
• Cannot create derivative works

Important: QuickBooks licenses are bound to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to third parties without proper license transfer procedures.

License Transfer & Termination

License Transfer Notice: Any license transfers must be reported to our licensing team within 30 days to maintain compliance and support eligibility.
